A. We can provide massive savings on traditional leases, with our short term licence agreements you know where you stand. The cost of this agreement will depend on the amount of space you take. The best way to find out is to speak to us, we are happy to help you decide the best route for you. Call our main office number or if you know which complex, you are interested in call them direct.

Q. What does the price include?
A. Our Short term Agreements include your Rent, business rates, service charge, electricity, heating, water rates, car parking, building insurance, cleaning of common areas and facilities, Post management and Manned receptions during office hours.

Q. What if I find I need more space?
A. This is where the benefit of having a short term Agreement allows you expand into a larger space without being tied into a long term lease which would hold you back. All you need to do is speak to your Building Manager and they will be happy to help.

Q. Most of the space will be for our boardroom. What are the options?
A. All of our Complexes have Boardrooms and meeting rooms available so there is no need to have this additional space. Just book and use our Rooms and don’t forget we can provide your refreshments and even organise your business lunches!
